Motorplex Grand Opening
Aero Racing presented Paul Carey's Outlaw RX-7 for racing in the Supercharged Outlaws class, with Brad Morris a late withdrawal, and managed to collect the Runner Up trophy and prizemoney. The team had numerious difficulties, including two blower belt failures during the event, but a 7.411 @ 191.08 mph with a 0.046 reaction earned them a spot in the A Final. The Final against Foster was over in a flash when the RX-7 blew the tyres off on the hit.
