How does it work?:

Locations - The Internet Portal connects all your stake holders and staff together.

The Internet Portal allows direct communication and display of information regardless of location.

Business Owners: - the business owners can quickly check on details from any location they may be at - including holiday locations with internet access.

Chief Pilot: - the Chief Pilot and his/her Operations Manager can quickly look up forecasted maintenance details, to allow for scheduling and maintenance planning.

Maintenance Controller: - AERO Group perform this function from our office in Perth, Western Australia. All maintenance records including log books are kept on site, and access is 24/7. Daily submissions from line pilots are received and plugged into our software programs for tracking and trending. Returned Work Packages are processed, software updated and uploaded to the Internet Portal. E-mail notification to all stake holders and staff when changes are made.

Line Pilots: - line pilots are required to submit flight details daily via the online forms on the Internet Portal. Training Modules can be accessed for new pilots, or for retraining following deficiencies.

Aircraft Owners: - aircraft owners sometimes require information on their aircraft for capital and cash flow forecasting. Password access may be given to allow them access to due lists.

Chief Engineer: - your maintenance organisation can access the Internet Portal to download the upcoming Work Package well in advance, that includes details on parts/equipment/special requirements. The Work Package is completed, signed and forwarded back to AERO Group via courier.

Administration Staff: - certain staff may be granted access to the Internet Portal to view documents and manuals, and upcoming maintenance events.
