OUR OBJECTIVE is to provide on-time, quality composite, acrylic and plastic repairs and components to the aviation industry in a friendly professional manner while maintaining high integrity and service levels in all our dealings with customers.
OUR HISTORY Since starting its mobile repair service in 1995, AVIATION COMPOSITES headed by Managing Director, Lindsay Danes has drawn upon his experience through participation and accomplishments in the gliding, sport and general aviation sectors as well as hands on activity in all phases of development, supervision and early production of the Eagle 150 aircraft. From here AVIATION COMPOSITES has expanded and moved its facilities to bring all our capabilities under one roof. They have quickly become recognised as a leader in this growing area part of the industry. All sectors of the industry are catered for – GA through to Airlines. Companies such as Airflite, National Jet Systems, Skippers Aviation, Network Aviation, Maroomba Airlines, Air North, Fugro Airborne Services and Air Nuigini have been quick to recognise the skills provided by this company and utilise them on a regular basis. Materials, processes and fabricated components conform to procedure and aircraft maintainance manuals or engineering data requirements as applicable and CASA requirements under our quality system. Our commitment to quality and customer service is evident in this move to the new facility located in an industrial area near the Kwinana Freeway and conveniently located for quick, 7 minute access to the Jandakot Airport. We operate from our new factory at 33B Buckley St, Jandakot.WA. Over the years we have been involved in, developed and /or produced a wide and varied array of products and components. FACILITIES AVAILABLE Clean, professional preparation, grinding and finishing areas. Controlled environment laminating room with vacuum bagging and curing oven capabilities. A variety of composite and plastic materials stocked. Plastic and Acrylic Vacuum and Blow Moulding Equipment. All repair services can be performed at our facility or "on the aircraft" with our "On-Site" Repair capability. |
